Our Story<\/h2>\n

GD HEALTH is a member of the GODUMSITE<\/strong> family \u2014 a Nigerian network of ten focused blogs covering health, education, agriculture, food, nature, beauty, technology, finance, work and news. The family was founded by Barigodum Digboh<\/strong>, a Nigerian teacher and web publisher who believes quality information should not be locked behind big words, big fees or big cities.<\/p>\n

GD HEALTH was created for one simple reason: health information in Nigeria is either too technical, too foreign, or too scattered. We bring it home \u2014 written simply, with Nigerian foods, Nigerian names and Nigerian realities in mind.<\/p>\n

How We Write<\/h2>\n

Every article is written in plain language, grounded in publicly available health research and checked against reliable health sources. Where Nigerian communities know a food or condition by a local name \u2014 ugwu<\/em>, onugbu<\/em>, agbalumo<\/em> \u2014 we use the name you know first. And we are honest about limits: we are educators, not your doctor. Our pages tell you what a condition or food is, and encourage you to get professional care when it matters.<\/p>\n
