GD HEALTH, part of the GODUMSITE family, respects the copyright of others and expects the same in return. This page explains our policy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how to notify us of suspected infringement.
1. Our Copyright Position
All original articles, A-to-Z indexes and wording on GD HEALTH belong to the GODUMSITE family and are protected by copyright law. We also work hard not to republish others’ work without permission: our articles are written in-house from publicly available sources.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@gdsite.com.ng (please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject) containing:
1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. The exact URL of the page on our site containing the material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
6. Your signature (typed electronic signature is fine).
3. What Happens Next
We review every valid notice quickly and remove or disable access to clearly infringing material, usually within a few working days. We also notify the author whose material is affected.
4. Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@gdsite.com.ng with the same contact details, the removed material’s URL, your statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to jurisdiction. We will review it fairly.
5. Repeat Infringers
In line with the DMCA and other applicable law, we block or remove content from repeat infringers of copyright.
