The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents rights over their personal information. This page explains how GD HEALTH — part of the GODUMSITE family — handles those rights. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
1. Know — ask what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them.
2. Delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
3. Opt out of sale or sharing — tell us not to sell or share your personal information.
4. Non-discrimination — receive the same quality of service whether or not you exercise these rights.
2. The Good News First
GD HEALTH does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and does not build consumer profiles. The CCPA’s “Do Not Sell or Share” obligation is therefore one we already meet by design — there is nothing for you to opt out of.
3. Categories We Collect
We collect only two narrow categories: (a) contact details you choose to send us (name, phone number or email address, and your message) when you contact us, and (b) basic, aggregated usage analytics. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to reply, then delete them.
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
Email hello@gdsite.com.ng or WhatsApp 0913 784 2661 with your request. We will verify it is really you (usually by replying to the same contact you used), act within 45 days at the latest, and never charge you a fee. You will not be treated differently for asking.
